We choose to use Fox Moving & Storage because they were ranked high on Home Advisor. After submitting a request for an estimate, Taran called me. She was extremely polite, professional and personable.
I told her that we were looking for a mover within the next two days. She told me that they had availability the next day, between 3 - 5 pm. She gave me an estimate and told me what the hourly rate would be. She also let me know that the movers wold call about an hour before they were to arrive. She was most impressive and profession and she followed up quickly by email.
Billy and Ray were our movers and my expectations were quite high. They definitely exceeded those expectations. They were efficient and extremely helpful.

Although Fox specializes and markets to local moving issues, I can also highly recommend them for cross country moving. We move from Knoxville to Arizona. Used Fox for packing/move out; short term storage; and move in. Prices were very competitive and service was personal and top-notch.
